I'm from Bangalore and have to order for the person in Hyderabad, I've gone through many website which can delivery surprise gifts/Flowers/Cakes etc.. Then I've come across this store website, as everyone does i also had trust issues in the beginning, but took a leap of faith and ordered "Flower Bouquet and a cake" for birthday, Their service and response is top notch, whatever you ask for they'll reply you back patiently, and they've delivered the items to the given address in the midnight which is great and loved the service. The only draw back that i felt is that the price is too high, it would be great if they could lower the price a little for everyone to afford. Then again I'd say it's worth the price to make your loved ones happy from a long distance. ~ Lohith G

I almost to send a cake to my father-in-law for father's day and selected same day delivery option and was pleasantly surprised to see that the gift was delivered within a few hours! Most wonderful is their surprise delivery at the door even during COVID IN A VERY SAFE WAY. Their response is quick. I used this service few times from Canada to surprise my families. We live in the US and our parents live in Hyderabad. We found the website on Google and decided to try it. We ordered cake and flowers for their anniversary. We didn't have India phone number as well to contact them so we did not know what to expect. But they exceeded all our expectations. The delivery was prompt and the service was amazing. They even took special care to add a greeting card, some cake toppers and write the gift message on the card and that made it even more creative. It was so thoughtful. The flowers were super fresh and the eggless cake was amazing! I will highly recommend them. We will be using this service for all future events! They communicated with me the entire time through WhatsApp, and even sent me a photo before they were ready to deliver. They also went out of their way to get a specific brand of chocolate that wasn't listed on their website. The quality of the flowers was also great. We are very impressed by the quality and timely performance. This the best website. They even emailed confirming the delivery. Highly recommend this florist to the locals and the abroad community. I can give 5 star for the service but not for soft toys. Few things need to change, they have to change the soft toys. The one which I order on Aug 3rd 2 feet teddy. It was fine for 5 days, but after that FUR with threads it’s coming out. Also they have to update portal to add option to write wishes on the cake. Was a quick service. I wanna gift sunflowers to my sister and wasn’t sure if they do it in time. Surprisingly, the bouquet was so beautiful and they just delivered it in an hour. I usually don’t write reviews but I wanna let others know that - they take the payment first and deliver next. Most of you guys might not be sure in paying such amount in the first hand before the delivery but trust me they are LEGIT. They are wonderful. I have been using them for the past five years or so. Provided great service. This time, I was having trouble placing the order. Actually, I needed to change the delivery time of an order that I placed just minutes before I needed the delivery time changed.
