I'm from Bangalore and have to order for the person in Hyderabad, I've gone through many website which can delivery surprise gifts/Flowers/Cakes etc.. Then I've come across this store website, as everyone does i also had trust issues in the beginning, but took a leap of faith and ordered "Flower Bouquet and a cake" for birthday, Their service and response is top notch, whatever you ask for they'll reply you back patiently, and they've delivered the items to the given address in the midnight which is great and loved the service. The only draw back that i felt is that the price is too high, it would be great if they could lower the price a little for everyone to afford. Then again I'd say it's worth the price to make your loved ones happy from a long distance. ~ Lohith G
We live in the US and our parents live in Hyderabad. We found the website on Google and decided to try it. We ordered cake and flowers for their anniversary. We didn't have India phone number as well to contact them so we did not know what to expect. But they exceeded all our expectations. The delivery was prompt and the service was amazing. They even took special care to add a greeting card, some cake toppers and write the gift message on the card and that made it even more creative. It was so thoughtful. The flowers were super fresh and the eggless cake was amazing! I will highly recommend them. We will be using this service for all future events!
